About the Designs“My Foursome is based on the Cardinal Directions: North, East, West, South. I thought that visually this would be the most fitting for my style of artwork, which typically includes busty babes, booze and pirate-y themed goodness. It’s an Ode to the Salty Seadogs out there who enjoy life’s journey, and all the different courses that it takes them on. There’s Rum to lift you up, the Anchor that brings you down, and the Ladies and the Money along the way that can take you in all different directions. My artwork is painted onto old pieces of wood with Acrylic paints, then scratched and sanded until I get something with an older look to it. I like things to have a bit of a vintage feel to them, so inspirations include hand-lettered signage, pin-ups, and old-school tattoos.” -Shaunna Peterson | Artist Bio“From the time I can remember, my Dad was taking the family to the drag races. For those that remember it, Orange County Raceway was always my personal favorite. So I guess it’s safe to say the bulk of my influences in art come from being raised around cars, pinstriping and pretty girls bearing ‘Miss’ titles (Miss Winston, Miss Hurst Shifter).”
