When you finish checking out, we instantly receive your order. You will receive an email confirmation with the complete order information. Though we try our best to keep our online shop updated, at times certain designs will be unexpectedly popular and hence be back-ordered or delayed in their shipment. We will let you know if any items you ordered will be delayed. Please look over your order to make sure all the information is correct and contact us within 24 hours if any changes need to be made.

The standard processing time of each item is noted in its product description page. Your credit card will be authorized, but not charged, until we are actually preparing your order for shipment. Once your order is complete, we will send a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package online! We deliver all our products in gift boxes with gift bags.
